A smooth chocolate mousse with a caramel center on a chocolate genoise and coated with dark chocolate.


Ingredients : 35% cream (cream, milk,c ellulose gel, locust bean gum, cellulose gum, carrageenan, polysorbate 80), dark pate (hydrogenated plant fat (palmkernel ,coconut oil), sugar, low fat cocoa powder, whey powder emulsifiers (E322, E476), flavours), dark chocolate (cocoa paste, sugar, cocoa butter, soy lecithin, vanillin flavour, natural vanilla flavour), flour (sugar, wheat starch, emulsifier (polyglycerol esters of fatty acids, rice flour, dextrose, baking powder, carboxymethylcellulose, salt, natural and artificial flavor), whole eggs, sugar, white chocolate (sugar, partially hydrogenated palm kernel and palm oils, non fat dry milk, butterfat (milk), soy lecithin, artificial flavoring added and salt), water, yolk egg, cocoa powder, gelatin.
