A generous chocolate mousse with a creamy passion fruit and mango center on a Mona Lisa biscuit.

 

Ingredients : 35% cream (cream, milk, cellulose gel, locust bean gum, cellulose gum, carrageenan, polysorbate 80), mango, dark chocolate (cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, soy lecithin, natural vanilla), sugar, skim milk, yolk eggs, whole eggs, white eggs, puree passion (passion fruit, sugar), butter (cream, whey cream), water, powder sugar (sugar, corn stach), flour (wheat flour,benzoyl peroxide, niacin, iron,thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, chlorine, folic acid), cocoa butter, fine white almonds meal, whole wheat ( whole wheat flour, ascorbic acid, azodicarbonamide, amylase), honey, gelatin, oil canola (canola oil ,B.H.A., B.H.T., dimethylpolysiloxane), surfax (water, sorbitan monostearate, polysorbate 60, mono-diglycerides, sodium propionate, phosphoric acid).
